Classic Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 container Heinen's Daily Bites pulled chicken
½ container Heinen’s recipe ready diced onions (about 4 oz.)
½ red bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
4 8-inch tortillas
2 cups Heinen's 4 Cheese Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
Heinen's butter, for the pan
A pinch of salt
A dash of black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, toss together the pulled chicken, onion, bell pepper, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the pan over medium heat and grease it with the butter. Add a tortilla and spread ½ cup of cheese. Spread the chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla. When the cheese starts to melt, fold the tortilla over the filling. Toast for 1–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly and slice into triangles.
