Plum Wine Spritzer

750ml bottle of cold Hakutsuru Plum Wine
750ml bottle of cold Brut Cava (Dibon)
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 lemon
1/2 lime
Fruit for Garnish (Optional)
Directions
- Chill wine in the refrigerator until very cold.
- Prepare fruit for garnishing.
- Pour the entire bottle of plum wine into a large pitcher.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt and stir until dissolved.
- Cut the lemon and lime in half. Squeeze the juice from ½ lemon and ½ lime into the pitcher. Stir gently.
- Slowly pour in the cold Brut Cava to keep the bubbles lively.
- Stir very lightly once or twice to combine without flattening the sparkling wine.
- Fill glasses with ice if desired, then pour in the spritzer.
- Garnish each glass with colorful fresh fruit such as melon, mango, or kiwi.
- Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
