Shaved Brussels Sprout and Pear Salad

Ingredients
8 oz. Heinen’s CARE Certified hickory smoked thick sliced bacon
1 package Heinen’s Recipe Ready Brussels sprouts
1 container Heinen’s organic super energy salad blend, coarsely chopped
2 ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced into wedges
½ cup Manchego cheese, crumbled
⅓ cup Heinen’s roasted and salted pepitas
Bbalsamic fig salad dressing
Directions
- Cook the bacon according to package directions until crisp. Allow to cool and coarsely chop.
- In a large bowl, toss together Heinen’s shaved Brussels sprouts and the salad blend. Add the sliced pears, cooked bacon, cheese, and pepitas.
- Dress to taste just before serving.
