Tropical Salmon Burger

Ingredients
2 Heinen's wild salmon with shrimp burgers
2 Heinen’s pretzel buns
½ cup Heinen’s fresh pineapple mango salsa
Butter lettuce
Red onion
1 bag Heinen’s frozen onion rings
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tsp. Two Brothers sriracha rooster sauce
1 tsp. Heinen's garlic powder
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. Heinen's honey
A pinch of salt
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the yogurt sauce ingredients. Taste and season with more salt if necessary. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Heinen’s onion rings according to the package instructions.
  3. While cooking the onion rings, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the salmon burgers. Pan fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F, then remove from the skillet. You can also grill the burgers on each side for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. To assemble, spread the yogurt sauce on the bottom bun. Add the lettuce, salmon burger, sliced onion, and pineapple mango salsa. Finish with the top bun. Serve with the onion rings and enjoy immediately.
