Yellow Watermelon Agua Fresca

8 cups yellow watermelon (about ½ medium yellow watermelon), cubed
1 lime, juiced
1 cucumber
1 cup water (if using a blender)
1 Tbsp. sugar
Fresh mint, for serving
Lime wedges, for serving

Juicer Instructions
- Juice the watermelon, cucumber, and lime.
 - Combine juices in a large pitcher. Add the sugar and stir.
 - Serve immediately over ice. Garnish with fresh mint and lime wedges.
 
Blender Instructions
- Place the watermelon, lime juice, cucumber, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth, working in batches if necessary.
 - Strain the watermelon mixture into a pitcher and discard the solids. Add the sugar to the pitcher and stir to combine.
 - Serve immediately over ice. Garnish with fresh mint and lime wedges.
