Thomas' Everything Bagels
Nellies Eggs, Brown, Free Range, Large
Heinen's Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Two Brothers Steak & Burger Seasoning
Stonewall Kitchen Aioli, Sriracha
Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onions
Directions
- Toast the bagels.
- Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.
- Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a pan over high heat, season the steaks with the steak and burger seasoning, and cook the steaks to your liking.
- Scramble or fry the eggs.
- Place the steak on the bottom half of the bagels followed by the cheese.
- Briefly microwave to melt the cheese.
- Top with the egg and smear the top half of the bagel with the sriracha aioli to complete the sandwich.
- Serve with potatoes on the side.
